E75 Szeged

In 2009, about a 100 km of the shoulder of the Hungarian E75 was under construction: sound baffling screens were placed. As all the other elements of the Hungarian highways, the screens are all the same anywhere along the E75: wooden elements in a steel frame.

E75 Györ

The Hungarian part of the E75 has been build as a brand new highway, in a very short time. It feels very familiar since it looks very similar to highways in countries like Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. It even has ecoducts, the only engineered wildlife crossings in the entire 5,700 km of the E75. Hungarian highways are designed in one style: all viaducts, all equipment and each and every parking is designed in this style and is equipped with the same service-level: wooden picknick tables, a small toilet building and ea vending machine with refridgerated soda's.
